Foundation classes are low-intensity and intentionally supportive, meeting you exactly where you are. Whether you are currently in treatment, 2-3 months post-surgery, adjusting to new medications, or managing
fatigue, this level provides a safe entry point. Through gentle, adaptable movement, you will rebuild strength and function without overwhelming your system.

Restore
Open to all fitness levels.
Restore classes are low-to moderate-intensity designed to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and returning to an active lifestyle. These classes are for those who have completed active treatment and are at least 6 months post-surgery. Designed for those who are at risk of or currently live with lymphedema, have minor balance deficits, or treatment-related fatigue and brain fog.

Thrive
Thrive classes celebrate your growth utilizing higher-intensity, multidirectional, and functional movements that prioritize your long-term cardiovascular and metabolic health. These sessions build upon your recovery foundation where you find your new sense of self, moving beyond recovery and into a life of vibrant physical wellness.
